The Unitary Development Plan (UDP) sets out the Council's policies and proposals for the use of land within the Borough and is an important factor in assessing and determining planning applications. This text of the UDP is provided for information only and extracts may be used for personal and professional purposes subject to the source being acknowledged.
The full statutory UDP includes Proposals Maps and Inset Maps which are not included on these web pages but which can be inspected or obtained for a charge, from the Forward Planning Section, Department of Regeneration, Housing and Planning, Wallasey Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey.
