Use this form to report a missed euro cart bin collection from a:

• Council office
• Church
• Domestic flat
• Flats (blue paper euro cart)
• Library
• School

Our contractor will return and collect if:

• It is reported within three working days after its scheduled collection date
• There is no valid reason why it was missed

Issues not dealt with via this form:

• Report a missed brown, green or grey bin collection
• Report a missing brown, green or grey bin

What happens next?

• If there is no valid reason why the bin was missed our contractor will make every effort to return and collect the bin by the end of the next working day (ensure you leave your bin out at its usual place of collection)
• If there is a valid reason why your bin was missed you will be informed the next working day
